YOUR TASKS
- Active involvement in structuring SPV issuance solutions for major banks, private banks, and the buy-side, with a focus on:
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client’s or investor’s requirements
- Analyzing these requirements in terms of financial, legal, commercial, and technical implications
- Preparing a proposed solution, drafting the offer, and negotiating with clients and investors
- Planning the implementation of the structure: data processing, automation of operational workflows, with a focus on straight-through processing
- Preparing client presentations, sales materials, and training documents for structured products issued by SPVs
- Close coordination with the Legal and Compliance teams to review and analyze contracts - an integral part of your work
- Project coordination in collaboration with banks, asset managers, and internal departments
- Support in managing the entire product lifecycle - from concept to market launch and lifecycle management
- Market analysis and co-development of innovative solutions based on current trends and our SPV issuance platform
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in the finance sector, ideally with exposure to structured products
- An interest in regulatory issues and a passion for working at the intersection of product development, law, and compliance
- Team spirit, initiative, and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Excellent German and English language skills
